Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager who will handle credit and collections, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. This role requires driving company vehicles and maintaining a clean, inviting store. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–3 years in retail or collections preferred.

Qualifications

1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly, following procedures.
Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and clean spaces.
