Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager in the Richmond, VA area. You will earn a starting hourly rate of $19.00–$20.00 per hour and work full-time with a consistent schedule.

The role involves credit/collections activity, delivering white-glove customer service, and occasional in-home deliveries and pickups. Minimum requirements include 1–3 years in retail/customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Credit and collections: monitor accounts and contact customers daily to collect on balances.
• Customer service: deliver top-notch in-store and in-home service with a friendly, client-focused approach.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely, following company procedures.
• Merchandising: keep store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
