Qualifications

• Experience in accounting/collections preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in accounts receivable management.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer payments via phone, email and mail.
• Negotiate full payments, payment plans and arrangements.
• Follow up on payment arrangements to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with management on delinquent accounts.
• Resolve overdue bills and recover payments.
• Use Navision for reporting and analysis.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Investigate open accounts with balances.
• Coordinate with sales/logistics for returns and related matters.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve past-due payments.
• Assist with credit applications and reference calls.
• Collections and negotiations with customers and third parties.
• Perform additional duties to support department goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection strategies.
