Job summary

SWK Technologies is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team in East Hanover, NJ. You will manage customer accounts, process transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing to support timely receivables.

The ideal candidate has experience in accounts receivable and is comfortable contacting clients by phone. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Acumatica is a plus, and occasional travel to our East Hanover headquarters may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Familiarity with ERP accounting software (Acumatica) is a plus.
• Occasional travel to East Hanover, NJ.
