Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial credit and collections experience.
• Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college or degree study preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Excellent telephone, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable collection activities per procedures and metrics.
• Review aged receivables and maintain regular customer contact on balances.
• Document collection activity and maintain notes of communications and commitments.
• Research and resolve customer deductions and account discrepancies.
• Monitor credit holds and assist with PO-related credit decisions and payments.
