Job summary

KSI Auto Parts is seeking an ecommerce Accounts Receivable Associate in South Plainfield, NJ. You will manage daily cash receipts, process invoices, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure accurate payment application while maintaining data in our CRM and ERP systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, 2+ years in an accounting clerk role, and strong attention to detail and communication skills to deliver accurate, timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting clerk role.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash receipts and deposits for ecommerce customers.
• Review invoices and related accounting documents for accuracy.
• Manage AR email and respond to customer inquiries about invoices, credits, debits.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure a great customer experience.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure payments are applied timely.
