Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic understanding of MS Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of credit union programs.
• Knowledge of state and federal collection regulations.
• Two to three years lending and collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact members by phone or mail to establish payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken.
• Follow up on NSF payments and payroll deductions.
• Educate members on paying debts timely.
• Identify troubled members and negotiate options.
• Maintain accurate collection reports and files.
