Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an Assistant Credit Manager to support the Credit Manager in overseeing credit and collections for heavy civil construction materials operations. This role focuses on credit risk, collections, liens, disputes, and trade receivables to strengthen working capital and cash flow.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, accounting, and leadership to ensure sound credit practices while enabling profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years progressive experience in credit, collections, AR, or financial analysis.
• Experience in heavy civil construction, aggregates, asphalt, or related industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily credit and collections management for assigned units.
• Evaluate creditworthiness using financial statements, reports, trends and industry research.
• Review and monitor credit limits, payment terms, and aging reports.
• Support collection efforts to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.
• Prepare credit reports, DSO analyses, and management summaries.
• Assist with liens, bond claims, and other protections; coordinate with legal as needed.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies; support process improvements and best practices.
