Job summary

RedBuilt is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to lead the day-to-day credit and accounts receivable function in Boise, ID with a one-day-per-week work-from-home option.

You will develop credit policies, evaluate risk, establish customer limits and payment terms in NetSuite, supervise a team of 3 associates, and collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Finance to balance risk with growth. This role reports to the CFO and drives key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial credit, collections, AR, and/or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day credit and collections team operations.
• Develop and apply credit and collection policies.
• Evaluate customer and project risk and set credit terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Finance.
