Job summary

HireRight, a premier global background screening and workforce solutions provider, seeks a Credit & Collections Analyst in Nashville, TN. You will support Accounts Receivable through proactive dispute resolution, customer service, and timely collections while upholding confidentiality and professional integrity.

You will handle portfolio recovery, analyze issues, and coordinate with internal departments to improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with great follow-up and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Performs effective debt collection activities via calls and emails.
• Manages portfolio of clients and ensures timely recovery per policies.
• Analyze root causes of collection issues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide constant updates of account status and resolve Salesforce queue inquiries.
• Document actions in the accounting system and prioritize daily tasks to reduce past due balances.
