Job summary

HireRight in Nashville, TN is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to support the Accounts Receivable function, handling disputes and customer service while driving timely collections. You will manage a portfolio, analyze issues, collaborate with internal teams, and document actions in Salesforce.

A high level of organization, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Perform debt collection activities across HireRight entities by calls and email.
Manage a portfolio of accounts and monitor timely recovery per policy.
Analyze issues and determine root causes; build relationships with stakeholders.
Provide timely updates on account status and handle inquiries.
Document actions in the CRM and reconcile balances.
Prioritize tasks to reduce past-due balances.
