Qualifications

• College-level coursework or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or related accounting operations.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer accounts and initiate collection follow-up per invoice life cycle.
• Research and resolve cash discrepancies, unapplied cash, overpayments, and credit balances.
• Enter, review, and apply daily cash receipts and support accurate posting of customer payments.
• Generate AR aging and collection reports for leadership.
• Maintain customer master data and resolve past-due balances with stakeholders.
