iQor is hiring an Outbound Collections Representative to support a major credit card portfolio in our Charlotte, NC call center. You will contact customers via inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining high quality, compliance, and recovery standards.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, collections, or call center work, strong negotiation and empathy, and the ability to stay calm in challenging conversations.
