Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of credit risk management, financial statement analysis, and commercial finance processes.
• Evaluate financial performance, payment behavior, and exposure data for sound credit decisions.
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, billing, dispute management, and cash flow implications.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to explain credit decisions across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with analytics/tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer credit assessments and evaluate creditworthiness and risk indicators.
• Review and approve payment schedules and extended terms per policy.
• Provide credit risk guidance for new business opportunities and contracting.
• Review contract language to mitigate credit, collection, and cash flow risks.
• Monitor portfolio risk trends and payment performance to identify emerging concerns.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Billing, and Collections to resolve issues.
• Support risk governance through policy compliance and escalation of exceptions.
• Drive continuous improvement via reporting, analytics, and decision-support tools.
