  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, collections and cash forecasting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume finance operations environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess aging, exposure and collection risk.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across Finance and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of collections specialists supporting emerging and higher-risk client accounts.
  • Drive collection performance, cash flow protection, aging reduction, and issue resolution across a large, complex portfolio.
  • Oversee collection strategy for high-risk accounts, large balances, delayed payments, disputes, and escalations.
  • Monitor portfolio trends, payment behavior, disputes, and forecast risk to proactively identify and mitigate collection challenges.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Billing, and Project Finance teams to resolve issues impacting payment and cash realization.
  • Support cash forecasting, portfolio reviews, escalation management, and performance reporting to improve visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, KPI reporting, and operational discipline to enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
