Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years accounting/bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to supervise, direct, and lead staff and manage credit operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and leads assigned staff in credit operations.
• Oversees accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Reviews and evaluates applications; verifies financial status and approves/rejects credit.
• Contacts overdue accounts by phone/text to secure payment; mails notices.
• Documents and documents all customer communications and collection actions.
• Analyzes collection reports to assess policy effectiveness and workload.
