Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and manages credit operations to minimize losses.
• Oversees accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Reviews credit applications, verifies financial status, and approves or rejects credit.
• Contacts delinquent customers to collect past due amounts and follows up as needed.
• Ensures proper documentation and filing of customer records and correspondence.
