Responsibilities

• Oversees the accounts receivable and collections activities.
• Reviews and evaluates credit applications, verifies financial status, and establishes credit limits.
• Contacts customers to collect overdue payments and enforces terms of sales or credit contracts.
• Ensures documentation and records are maintained for all collection activities.
