Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections.
• Valid State Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs staff in credit operations.
• Oversees accounts receivable and collection activities.
• Reviews applications, verifies financial status, and approves or declines credit.
• Contacts delinquent customers by phone or text to obtain payment.
• Ensures all correspondence and documentation are properly filed.
• Prepares paperwork for possible legal action and coordinates with attorneys or outside agencies.
