Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions in Monroe, NC is seeking a District Credit Manager to oversee credit and collection operations within an assigned territory. You will conduct credit investigations, underwrite credit for GC's/owners, and manage limits to mitigate risk while ensuring timely account resolutions.

You will lead a credit team, coordinate with sales and district management, monitor aging AR, and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong financial analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with KPI metrics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise credit investigations for customers.
• Perform underwriting analysis on applicants and sureties.
• Analyze financial statements and credit services to determine limits.
• Monitor aging accounts and supervise collections within territory.
• Ensure compliance with lien and bond laws.
• Lead and motivate a credit team; coordinate with sales and district management.
• Prepare monthly collection and performance reports.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
