Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in credit & collections field; construction industry preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Mgmt. related field preferred.
• Timely collection and follow up within the assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations on existing and potential customers and projects.
• Perform underwriting analysis on GC's/owners, sureties, and other pertinent parties for new jobs.
• Analyse information from financial statements and credit services to establish credit extensions within limits.
