Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB, a global leader in automated door solutions, is seeking a District Credit Manager in Monroe, NC. You will oversee credit decisions, underwriting, and receivables performance across the district, leading a team to ensure timely collections and compliant processes.

Requirements include 5+ years in credit/collections, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years in the credit & collection field, construction industry preferred.
Analytical financial skills.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Computer software skills (Windows, Office, Excel).
Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
Understanding of KPI’s and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Conduct and supervise credit investigations on existing and potential customers.
Perform underwriting analysis on GC’s/owners, sureties, and other pertinent parties.
Analyze and interpret information from financial statements, D&B, NACM to establish credit limits.
Prepare monthly reports to management regarding collection issues.
Monitor aging accounts and determine actions needed.
Lead the credit team; coordinate with sales and district management.
Ensure compliance with lien and bond laws; initiate write-offs or legal actions when needed.
