Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply lending guidelines across multiple investors.
• Demonstrated aptitude for financial analysis and interpretation of documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications, credit reports, income and asset docs to render credit decisions.
• Communicate loan approval or denial reasons clearly to stakeholders.
• Support underwriters with conditions, documentation and follow-up.
• Assist Loan Officers with service orders and condition submissions.
• Participate in trainings for new employees and cross-training.
• Ensure adherence to investor guidelines and loan risk factors.
