Responsibilities

• Review credit applications and set credit limits on new and existing accounts, up to $50K.
• Pull credit reports, gather supplier references, and coordinate with sales to obtain needed information.
• Be the point of contact for branch teams and customers on payments, billing questions, and past-due accounts.
• Reconcile accounting records with customers.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts.
