The role partners with Commercial Relationship Managers to manage new and existing loan relationships, emphasizing credit quality, risk mitigation, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Commercial banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and evaluate commercial credits including CRE, C&I, hospitality.
• Prepare financial spreads and analyze borrower financials.
• Assess credit risk and determine appropriate risk ratings.
• Support Relationship Managers with loan portfolio monitoring.
