Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite commercial credits including CRE, C&I, hospitality, and municipalities.
• Prepare financial spreads for commercial/real estate borrowers and guarantors.
• Analyze creditworthiness by reviewing loan applications, historical and projected statements, and collateral.
• Draft comprehensive analysis reports using data charts, formulas, graphs, and narrative.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and federal regulations; assist with monitoring reports.
