Job summary

First State Bank Wyoming seeks a Credit Administration Manager to lead the loan department and enhance credit quality and policy compliance. You will work with the Chief Credit Officer, oversee systems like nCino and Quality Control, and supervise analysts to ensure accurate underwriting and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years banking experience; lending area preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the loan department staff with focus on loan quality control and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Chief Credit Officer and perform leadership on bank systems (nCino, Quality Control, 1071 Loan register).
• Review credit authorizations and provide feedback to senior staff and loan officers.
• Maintain knowledge of loan programs and lending regulations; support examinations and audits.
• Promote customer service and professional conduct in all interactions.
