Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. in Wyoming seeks a Credit Admin Manager to oversee the loan department, drive policy adherence and improve credit quality across portfolios. You will work with the Chief Credit Officer and coordinate with operations on system and process improvements.

This role requires strong leadership, compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC and related regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects to strengthen underwriting and loan performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan quality control and compliance.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Familiarity with loan regulations such as BSA/AML and OFAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for the loan department staff and monitor processes for quality and compliance.
• Interact with customers, vendors and bank staff in a professional manner to maintain image and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Chief Credit Officer and support loan operations and analysts.
• Lead bank system initiatives (nCino, Quality Control, 1071, CRA) and improve underwriting procedures.
• Review loan authorizations and provide feedback to senior staff and department heads.
• Work with auditors, quality control and examiners during examinations.
• Maintain knowledge of loan programs, lending regulations and documentation.
• Ensure annual supervisory/management skills development and leadership training.
