Job summary

The role requires a long track record in lending and leadership within a mid-to-large sized bank, with strong analytical and communication skills to interface with the Executive Management Committee and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum 10 years lending experience with leadership in credit function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit approval process and portfolio monitoring for current and future credit products.
• Review and update credit policies; communicate changes throughout the organization.
• Ensure loan loss reserve and charge-off procedures align with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure loan documentation and systems meet high industry and regulatory standards.
• Provide loan portfolio management oversight to maintain asset quality and risk controls.
• Lead and mentor staff; manage performance, training, and compliance.
