TikTok in Los Angeles is seeking a Category Creator Specialist to build the US e-commerce partnership and elevate merchant outcomes through creator-driven content and strategic programs.

You will recruit creators, design briefs, manage sampling, and collaborate with Category Managers to scale influencer and affiliate efforts across top TikTok Shop brands, while staying ahead of industry trends and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in influencer or creator marketing, digital marketing, or category management in E-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with brands or commerce platforms to execute, optimize, or scale influencer and affiliate programs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Category Managers and top merchants to understand content and commercial strategy and activate creators.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive creator marketing strategy aligned with reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
• Recruit creators who align with merchants' values and product offerings.
• Develop creator briefing templates and materials to accelerate production.
• Manage the creator sampling process end-to-end and measure availability, speed, and conversion.
• Own creator-facing engagements for merchants and resolve issues; develop scalable processes.
• Monitor creator-generated content and performance data to build best-practice models for content mix and optimization.
• Maintain a pulse on popular products, e-commerce tactics, and industry trends; collaborate with TikTok Creator teams.
