Job summary

TikTok seeks a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager in Los Angeles to grow and manage a portfolio of top creators, retaining them and elevating them as showcases that set standards for content quality at scale. You will be the primary contact, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align creator work with platform priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 5+ years working experience focused on the creator/content ecosystem or related industries.
• Comfort turning data into strategy using dashboards and basic querying.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• High ownership mentality—spot gaps and fix them.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of top creators, retaining and elevating them as showcases of high-quality content.
• Be the primary contact for creators and align their work with platform priorities across teams.
• Evaluate, onboard creators against eligibility criteria, business priorities, and portfolio fit.
• Build long-term relationships that keep top talent engaged with TikTok.
• Translate platform data into actionable content strategies and coach creators on new features and tools.
• Develop, plan, and implement projects to showcase top creators at key industry moments.
• Host in-person and virtual sessions covering best practices, product updates, and creator connections.
• Partner with Product, Communications, and Marketing to align creator work with platform priorities.
