Job summary

TubeScience in Los Angeles is seeking a Creator Lead to drive the execution of creator-led content across a portfolio of brands, bridging the gap between our creative strategy team and a growing network of part-time and contract creators. You’ll prototype on camera, write briefs that scale, coach creators, and manage a pipeline turning one idea into dozens of content pieces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating content for social media and directing or coaching other creators.
• Strong on camera and behind it, able to prototype and set standards for the team.
• Ability to match talent to briefs and provide constructive feedback.
• Organized to manage multiple brands, creators, and briefs simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution pipeline for UGC, self-tapes, and creator edits across 5–10 DTC brands.
• Prototype new creative approaches on camera and validate ideas before scaling.
• Translate strategic direction into repeatable creator briefs with clear, actionable guidance.
• Lead and oversee a team of part-time creators: assign briefs, review work, coach performance.
• Use performance data to guide future shoots and iterations.
• Drive fast, autonomous execution, testing concepts at volume.
