Job summary

Outpost Careers is seeking a Director of Client Partnerships to own creator programs end-to-end and lead a portfolio of startup tech clients. This is not a coordinator role - you will be in the driver's seat.

You will source, broker, negotiate, and manage creator or influencer partnerships through delivery, building scalable workflows and managing relationships with clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes AI-native tools and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years proven experience running client accounts and multi-channel execution at a fast-paced agency.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, closing, and managing creator/influencer partnerships through delivery.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and startup ecosystem fluency.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, outreach, drafting briefs, and building workflows.
• Self-directed, highly accountable with urgency and initiative.
• Systematic, organized with repeatable processes and clean trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, pitch, negotiate, and close creator deals for 6–12 month partnerships with retainers.
• Manage end-to-end customer creator workflow across multiple brands.
• Lead account strategy, health, and expansion for a portfolio of startup tech clients.
• Design and document SOPs, onboarding flows, and repeatable workflows in Notion.
