Job summary

ARB Interactive seeks a hands-on leader to build our creator program from the ground up. You will own sourcing, outreach, deal terms, content standards, onboarding, and scalable processes, partnering with Marketing, Brand, and Product as the channel grows.

You will design and run an always-on creator network, establishing incentives, recognition, and progression to turn contributors into long-term partners with measurable impact on activations and player value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer/creator marketing, with at least one program you built or scaled.
• A real network you can start outreach to.
• Natural grit and motivation to build the machine, not inherit it.
• Proven closing ability with deals from hundreds to six figures.
• Fluency in creator economics and monetization models.
• Experience running always-on communities or ambassador networks.
• Strong written communication and candor.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch our creator program: tiers, incentives, content expectations, deal structures, onboarding, and a path from talent to flagship partner.
• Build the scouting engine to find creators early and cost-effectively.
• Provide development support: coaching, content feedback, early access, and co-created formats.
