Job summary

Substack is seeking a product leader to shape the full creator lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to growth and monetization—for individual creators and large publishers. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Partnerships to translate creator needs into durable product systems, including onboarding flows, analytics, site customization, and publisher tooling.
