Substack is building a platform to empower writers and creators to monetize, publish, and grow their audience. As part of the Activation team, you will ship features and run experiments to improve onboarding, sign-up flow, and retention across surfaces like search, app store, and creator links.

Responsibilities

• Develop features that help writers monetize on Substack.
• Design and run experiments to improve sign-up and retention.
• Build tools to help creators find audiences and publish consistently.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, support, and other teammates; own your work.
