Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or performing as a creator inside a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC program.
• Fluent in English with full remote work and time-zone overlap with US/Canada.
• Ability to review content submissions and provide detailed feedback.
• Proven track record of driving content performance and GMV.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Run regular training calls with creators and share what’s converting.
• Spot trends daily and push them to creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord.
• Track performance and coach high-potential creators.
• Scale the program to increase creators and GMV over time.
