Job summary

Tubi is seeking a Sr. Associate, Creator Partnerships to lead exclusive creator launches and manage ongoing partner relationships. You will work within a cross-functional pod, translate performance data into actionable improvements, and drive efficiencies across partnership workflows in a hybrid New York office.

The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to move complex workstreams forward with minimal daily supervision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital media, creator partnerships, or related field.
• Experience in creator partner management, content partnerships, or GTM within the creator economy.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and platform dynamics (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Ability to manage and grow partner relationships with minimal supervision.
• Clear internal and external communication, tailored to the situation.
• Data literacy with performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Airtable, Tubular Labs is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market process for exclusive launches in the pod and align internal teams.
• Analyze post-launch performance, monitor promotion activity, and flag gaps with interventions.
• Manage day-to-day creator relationships for mid-tier partners and surface opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move deals and launches forward.
• Support sourcing pipeline and assist the Pod Lead on deal materials and communications.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency across partnership workflows.
