Job summary

Tubi Tv seeks a Performance Partner to help managers build and lead high-performing teams. This role owns end-to-end PIP processes, partners with HRBPs to scale talent programs, and drives manager effectiveness across the organization. Hybrid work in SF/NYC/LA/Toronto.

Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll guide performance conversations, analyze trends, and collaborate across legal, managers, and leaders to ensure fair, legally sound outcomes while delivering business-ready results.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing HR programs for a team or function.
• Strong track record of solving complex HR problems and advising on trade-offs.
• Experience coaching managers on performance management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process from documentation to resolution.
• Partner with HRBPs on performance reviews, onboarding, promotions and other HR programs.
• Develop and execute strategic talent programs that improve manager effectiveness using data trends.
• Advise managers on trade-offs in complex performance situations and encourage iterative approaches.
• Lead multi-team efforts like PIP framework rollouts to build trust across functions.
• Coach managers to conduct difficult performance conversations and document outcomes.
