Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to drive brand awareness, content creation, and revenue growth by building and managing relationships with influencers. This fully remote role offers ownership of the creator partnership process from sourcing to performance tracking and works across brands and product categories.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or creator relationship management.
• Proven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with, and managing influencers/creators.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating creator collaborations and managing multiple relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creator partnerships from outreach to campaign completion, ensuring organization and on-time delivery.
• Identify and contact influencers aligned with brands and audiences.
• Negotiate terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, product seeding, content submissions, approvals, and requirements.
• Maintain creator communications and follow-ups to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor partner performance to identify high-performing collaborators.
• Maintain a database of creator contacts, partnership details, and status.
• Improve sourcing, relationship management, and campaign execution for brand growth.
