This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager based in Canada.

The Creator Partnerships Manager will drive brand awareness, content creation, and revenue growth by building and managing strategic relationships with influencers and content creators. This fully remote, hands-on role offers ownership of the creator partnership process, from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. You will work closely with creators, affiliates, and internal brand teams to deliver impactful collaborations aligned with brand objectives. The position requires a proactive professional who can independently develop a reliable creator network and manage partnerships across different brands and product categories. By maintaining strong relationships and optimizing campaign execution, you will help strengthen creator partnerships as a sustainable growth channel.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee creator partnerships from initial outreach through campaign completion, ensuring that collaborations are well organized, aligned with brand goals, and delivered on schedule. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identify and contact influencers and content creators who align with assigned brands and their target audiences.
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships to support ongoing collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate partnership terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines to establish clear expectations.
• Coordinate creator onboarding, product seeding, content submissions, approvals, and campaign requirements.
• Manage creator communications and follow-ups to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor creator activity and collaboration results to identify reliable, high-performing partners.
• Maintain an organized database of creator contacts, partnership details, deliverables, and collaboration status.
• Continuously improve creator sourcing, relationship management, and campaign execution to support brand growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer marketing or creator relationship management, with proven experience managing collaborations independently. You should be organized, commercially minded, and comfortable negotiating with creators while coordinating multiple partnerships simultaneously. The following qualifications and skills are required:

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer relationship management.
• Proven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with, and managing influencers or content creators.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating creator collaborations and managing multiple relationships at once.
• A proactive, highly organized approach and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with creator platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to develop and maintain a reliable creator network across different brands and product categories.
• A computer with a dual-monitor setup and at least 8 GB of RAM.
• A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• A camera with at least 1080p resolution.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
