Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships at a DTC brand, talent agency, or UGC.
• Experienced negotiator with knowledge of whitelisting, usage rights, and paid vs organic.
• Strong gut-instinct for content quality, hooks, and pacing.
• Always online, follows creators and trends to inform campaigns.
• Highly organized with trackers and timely communication.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and able to close deals with limited time.
• Clear, empathetic communicator adapting to each creator.
• Mission-driven to improve access to care for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

• Own creator partnerships end to end from outreach to live ad set.
• Source, vet, and negotiate with creators with personal ties to autism.
• Manage deals, usage rights, and payments within our pricing framework.
• Brief and guide content through editing pipeline to launch.
• Apply learnings to improve future briefs and program outcomes.
