Job summary

Nood is building the next generation of beauty-tech with premium, modern skincare devices. We seek a performance-minded relationship builder to grow our creator and partnership programs, focusing on TikTok Shop creators, VIP Creator Program, Meta whitelisting, and strategic partnerships.

You’ll own creator relationships, program structures, and clear incentives, driving content, customer acquisition, and brand credibility.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in creator programs, influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate communities for consumer brands.
Hands-on experience recruiting and managing TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
Working knowledge of Meta creator whitelisting and paid amplification workflows.
Experience negotiating contracts, usage rights, commissions, and creator compensation.

Responsibilities

Recruit promising creators and manage the TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Program, including onboarding, commissions, and performance reviews.
Build and run the VIP Creator Program with tiers, incentives, onboarding, briefs, deliverables, and payouts.
Source and manage creators for Meta partnership ads and coordinate deliverables with Performance Creative and Paid Media.
Develop and execute collaborations with aligned brands and communities, from sourcing to activation and follow-up.
Translate input from Performance Creative into actionable creator briefs and deliver assets with learnings.
