Prosper Health is seeking a Creator Partnerships Associate to own one of our biggest growth drivers: the creator pipeline. You will partner with autistic and neurodivergent creators to shape culture and drive performance.

You will source creators, negotiate deals, write briefs, and bring content into live ad sets. The role blends dealmaking, social media, and performance marketing at a fast-growing digital health company with a strong mission.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships at a DTC brand, agency, or UGC/performance creative.
• Strong negotiation experience: whitelisting, usage rights, budgets and contracts.
• Ability to assess content quality, story, hook and fit for paid ads.
• Proactive, organized, and highly communicative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own creator partnerships end to end, from outreach to live ad sets and scaling.
• Source, vet and select creators with a personal tie to autism or neurodivergence.
• Negotiate rates, usage, and whitelisting within pricing framework.
• Draft briefs, manage timelines, give feedback, and QA deliverables.
• Launch campaigns, track performance, and iterate based on learnings.
