Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Established network of US-based influencers and creators.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Proven ability to discover, evaluate, engage, and activate creators.
• Experience managing organic influencer programs and product seeding.
• Genuine interest in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer technology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Fluency in US influencer landscape and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong network of US-based influencers and creators.
• Develop long-term creator relationships through outreach and engagement.
• Curate roster of creators aligned with RENPHO's brand and audiences.
• Identify high-potential creators for organic reach and brand visibility.
• Foster ongoing product discovery and content collaboration beyond campaigns.
• Maintain a creator database with relationships, interests, and performance.
• Map creator communities across beauty, wellness, tech, travel, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Brand teams to amplify top content.
• Track performance metrics and report insights for optimization.
• Negotiate and manage creator agreements and partnerships.
