Job summary

Viral Nation Inc. in the United States is seeking an organized Creator Relations Specialist to support Marketing and Talent agency teams. The role focuses on expanding digital partnerships and promotional opportunities for our talent and brand clients.

You will identify and vet top creators, prepare proposals, onboard new partners, and collaborate with client services to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Strong English communication and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience with Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or in a sales environment.
• Familiarity with social trends, the creator economy, and analyzing social media metrics.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet high performing creators/influencers for branded campaigns.
• Generate creator shortlists for campaigns and convert creators into paid campaigns.
• Facilitate onboarding of qualified creators and support data collection for campaign measurement.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Use Viral Nation tools to execute campaigns and align with internal workflows and client goals.
• Negotiate and prepare proposals, agreements, and creator compensation structures.
