You will leverage your understanding of the creator economy and social platforms to build lasting relationships with influencers and talent agencies.

The role involves end-to-end partnership sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with Marketing and Talent teams, plus ongoing trend monitoring to drive impactful

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or sales with creator cultivation and client-facing duties.
• Experience analyzing social media metrics (CPM, CPV, CTR).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Source potential content creators/influencers across gaming, technology, lifestyle and entertainment verticals.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for partnerships with competitive pricing.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing, drafting proposals, finalizing agreements, and compensation structures.
• Communicate value propositions to agencies and creators through meetings and materials.
• Provide general assistance to the team on ongoing projects for our client base.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent divisions to address talent gaps.
