Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Business Development & Incubation Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) for Summer 2027 in Seattle. You will identify and onboard creators/influencers, manage relationships, and drive growth initiatives to expand our creator ecosystem.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners to design campaigns, track metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience in influencer monetization and platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergrad/master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tech, entertainment or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creators and audience.
• Proven ability to identify and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Creator Recruitment & Onboarding: identify and engage creators/influencers to join our platform and lead onboarding.
• Relationship Management: be primary contact for a portfolio of creators, sharing updates and monetization opportunities.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives: design programs to drive creator growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partnership Development: facilitate collaborations between creators and brands.
