TikTok seeks a Product Operations Intern for TikTok Shop Apps and API in Seattle. You will work with our Partner Product team to collect user and partner requirements, shape product design, and support the lifecycle from planning to testing.

Ideal candidates are MBA students who can commit to 12 weeks in Summer 2027, show strong communication, analytical skills, and interest in APIs and 3P integrations within a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies to gather insights on Sellers and Partners (ISV) in social commerce.
• Collaborate with product management to devise strategy aligned with long-term vision.
• Prioritize product requirements using ROI and dependency analyses.
• Support product development lifecycle and review artifacts for quality.
• Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality pre-launch.
