Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Creator Business Development & Incubation Intern to identify and onboard creators and influencers, expanding the creator community and partnerships on TikTok Shop US. You will work with cross-functional partners to develop strategies that support creators in achieving their goals while aligning with platform objectives, gaining hands-on experience in growth initiatives and analytics.

The role offers Summer 2027, 12-week duration, and exposure to influencer monetization

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate/Master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, Tech, entertainment or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, content creators and audience.
• Proven track record of identifying and building relationships.
• Understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
• Comfort in analytics tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard creators/influencers; execute outreach campaigns and manage onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of creators; build relationships and provide support.
• Design programs to drive creator growth and retention; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Foster collaborations between creators and brands; support onboarding initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize growth and monetization.
